For those local to us in Mooresville NC, we have Porch Pickup available! When you check out, just choose pickup under delivery options. We will send you an email when your order is ready! During business hours, pickup will be ready within an hour. All other times, pickup will be available within 12 hours.
A woman walks to the counter and puts down a recycled steel drum nativity. “I collect nativities and this one is so unique.” It is. Why do you collect nativities? “I love how each is just so different.” I have nativities from Kenya, Rwanda, and Haiti Each is so different but that’s the beauty of it. Each of us is so different but we all make up one body, the body of Christ. “Yes! Well said!” That opened the door for us to have such a beautiful conversation. I believe diversity is what makes the body so beautiful. As we were talking, another chimed in. “Amen!” As she left, she touched my arm and said, “Thank you for the work you are doing and allowing me to be a part of it.” The other customer in the truck nodded her and said, “Amen!” 5 minutes later the grandson who was with the lady who bought the nativity came back and bought himself a nativity. I would love to have heard the conversation that happened outside of the truck! Good stuff!
