Wield a Mighty Sword

Wield a Mighty Sword

He is looking at me and I will be darned if I am going to look away. He is here for one thing and I am here for entirely another thing. He is here to buy a woman and I am here to stop him from doing it. But honestly it’s so much more than this exact moment. It’s a spiritual battle, it’s a battle of good and evil, darkness and light. A war is being waged on an epic stage. It’s a battle over her soul.

A friend and I had a discussion the other day about scripture. We can hear scripture but until it connects our heart to our head it is just words on a page. But when scripture connects with Your heart, Your head, and Your experience...watch out! You are a force to be reckoned with. You now wield a mighty sword and you are ready to go to battle. You can go into a dark place, stand your ground, and actually start taking back some ground.

It was a stand off that night. The enemy was put on notice. We aren’t going to let you run rampant on Soi Cowboy in the red light district. We are coming for you. Each week we will be back. We won’t quit. We are taking back ground. You are on notice. Things are gonna change.

I think some times we don’t see who we are and how much strength we have when we operate in who we are called to be. We truly have an army behind us. Use it.
