BELJOY exists to give people of Haiti opportunities to earn money through honest and dignified work, creating sustainability, restoring dignity, and inspiring change. The founder works to design the products, and then teaches the women of Beljoy to make the jewelry. Many of the women are mothers, and through the employment of Beljoy, they are able to better provide for their families. BEL means beautiful in Haiti's native language of Creole. Their name reflects the beautiful joy these women have in God and in creating unique jewelry!
