Sasha Pendant Necklace by Atelier Calla from Haiti

$24.00

This necklace is like having 2 in 1! One side has a rough natural look to it. Flip it over and the other side has a very finished side to it! What do I love about horn? The fact that the natural color variations create such a beautiful textural look. This statement pendant necklace with an adjustable cotton satin cord is destined to be your new favorite. Worn alone or as part of a layered look, each necklace is a unique one of a kind piece of art! Due to the nature of horn, slight variations in color are to be expected.

Dimensions: Adjustable to 34 inches with a 4 inch pendant

Atelier Calla opened their workshop in Haiti in 2011 as a way to show people the love of Christ. Christelle, a banker of 12 years, was determined to give her artisans dignified employment; a safe environment to work in, a steady paycheck, and a meal. They started with 4 artisans and now have grown to 6 full time employees. I love how Christelle has imparted ownership to her artisans, they work together as a team to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and with utmost quality. But what I love the most is how she is investing in the person and not just the work they can perform. Is it more work? Absolutely, but the results are lasting.

Empowering people. Changing lives.
