I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to The Marketplace. We have a few things that make us really special.

How quickly does my order ship?
- If you purchase by 3 pm EST on any business day, your order goes out that day and we ship from Mooresville North Carolina.

If I am local, can I pick it up?
- If you are local to us, you can Porch Pickup here and save on shipping. Just choose store pickup when you check out. We will send you our address and pickup instructions when your order is ready for pickup.
- During business hours, pickup is usually ready within an hour. All other times, pickup will be available within 12 hours.

If it's a gift, will you write a gift message?
- If your purchase is a gift, please let me know. I would love to gift wrap it and write a gift message for you. Just put your gift message in the notes when you check out.

Do you have gift ideas for creating gift baskets?
- We specialize in curated gift bundles that are fully customizable. Creating that perfect gift bundle is one click away!

- We do not have sales but we do reward loyalty with store credit.

Is it possible to physically shop the webstore?
- If you are local to Mooresville, you can schedule an appointment to stop by and do a little shopping.
- If you are not local and need a little help shopping, you can schedule a Facetime shopping experience.
- Schedule either shopping experience with our online scheduler.
