The Agaja Tote is a beautiful marriage of modern and traditional. The shape and locally sourced leather gives her a modern feel while honoring an age old tradition of block stamping. 

Handblocked using vegetable dye, both patterns are stunning. There is an art to block stamping. You can only block 1 color at a time. Once they block the intial design, they have to go back and reblock the 2nd color. I had the opportunity to block stamp with the artisans in India and I can honestly say, it is not an easy skill to master!

The tote has a zippered closure and is fully lined inside with block printed fabric. There are 3 pockets to keep you organized. 1 of the pockets is zippered, perfect for your keys or phone. She has leather bottom with feet and comfortable leather straps. The brown leather has a rustic feel to it.
