This flamingo are a work of art. Made by 3 people, the beader, the framer, and the wrapper, it often takes 12 hours and over 4,000 beads to create one! This is definitely something to be displayed and treasured!

Swaziland is a country that has 70% unemployment, high rate of HIV/AIDS, and baby dumping. Baby dumping is when mothers leave their babies on the side of the road and even in pit latrines. Heart for Africa created an orphanage to help these babies. Khutsala Artisans was created to offer jobs and help provide support for the orphanage. Christ centered, Heart for Africa saw a need and stepped in to fill it. Today over 100 people are employed in the art of jewelry making, bead craft, pottery, and woodworking.
