They take a steel drum, cut the top off of it, build a fire to get rid of the oil and paint, cut the bottom off, and slice it down the side. NOW they are ready to create the art!!! They hand cut and hand punch the design. Once that is done now they hand painted it! This sea turtle is truly is a work of art. Whether you put him outside on your porch or in your sunroom, he will become one of your new favorites!
